If you’ve given us the wrong delivery address, we’re sorry but we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been placed.
If you can contact someone at the address it's going to, ask them to refuse it when it's delivered and it'll be returned it back to us. Once we receive your order back, we'll refund you straight away.
If your Ambassador is placing an order on your behalf, and you've paid them directly, you'll need to contact them directly to see if they can amend your order.
