All our Royal Mail delivery services are tracked, but don’t require a signature. The link and tracking references can be found in the emails you receive once your order has been processed. You’ll need the tracking reference to track your order with Royal Mail.
You can also check the status of your order in the 'Order History' section of your account, if you have created a Sisterhood Customer Account.
If your Ambassador has placed an order on your behalf, and you've paid them directly, you'll need to contact your Ambassador directly to track the status of your order. |
