When you register to become a Independent Brand Ambassador, the information you supply is used to verify your identity against public record data.
It's important that you ensure the information you provide is as accurate as possible when registering to be an Independent Brand Ambassador. If your application does not pass our identity checks, they will not be able to apply again with the same email address.
Follow the guide below on how to complete a registration with information that is as accurate as possible:
Date of Birth
When you entering DOB, you will need to type the correct year in to the highlighted cell. You will then need to scroll through the months in order to select the correct date.
If the correct date of birth for an individual is not entered, our Identification checks will be unable to verify identity and will class this as an automatic fail.
Please note - When filling in date of birth, the registration form will automatically preset to the current date. Please ensure this is updated, as date's resulting in an applicant that is under the age of 18 will automatically be declined.
To ensure a greater level of accuracy when submitting an application, please ensure the address entered matches the information held by Royal Mail. You can check this via the Royal Mail Postcode Finder. This will ensure a greater chance of passing security checks, as an applicants address is more likely to match what is held of public record data.
(Town name is not consistent)
Please ensure that all information provided is spelt correctly and no abbreviations or nicknames are used, for example:
- 'Bez Smith' instead of 'Betty Smith'
- 'Hants' instead of 'Hampshire'

When asked for additional documentation, such as driving license and passport numbers, please ensure all digits are typed correctly and all fields are included. For example, if you're driving license includes a middle name, do not leave this out when prompted to enter it.
Please ensure that the correct details are entered in to each field. An account number is typically 8 digits long and a sort code is 6 digits.
Please ensure the 'Name of Account' entered matches the full name on your card, i.e 'Mrs Natalie West'
If our system is unable to verify your identity against the information you have provided , you may be asked for additional documentation to verify your identity. In this event, The Sister App registration will automatically ask you to provide either:
- Passport number

Pending these additional identity checks, you may receive an email from the Sisterhood team notifying you that your details are under review and that you'll receive an update within the next two working days.
Please do not contact our team to query the status of an application.
Upon successful authentication of these documents, your application will be accepted and you'll be progressed to the next stage of the registration process: Purchasing a Starter kit.
