When you register to become an Independent Brand Ambassador with the Ann Summers Sisterhood, the information you supply is used to verify your identity against public record data.
If you've received an email from the Sisterhood to notify you that your application has been declined, this is because we couldn’t verify your identity with the information you've provided. This will be down to one of two reasons:
- The information they have provided is not accurate or contains an error
- Our system has been unable to verify their identity based on the information provided.
Unfortunately, this means your application has been automatically declined.
We're sorry, but we are unable to reverse this decision and they won’t be able to sign up to the Sisterhood again using the same email address.
Your are welcome to reapply, but please ensure the information you provide is accurate when registering to be an Independent Brand Ambassador. You can find further guidance on ensuring registration information is accurate here.
If you continue to experience difficulty registering as an IBA, please contact your Leader for further support.
